Damaged and Defective Furniture

If you receive your furniture damaged or it is defective, ABI Office Furniture will send a replacement to you and pay for FedEx to pick up the returned furniture, provided you have the original cartons and packaging. However, if you opt to receive a credit rather than a replacement, you will be responsible for shipping the furniture back to us in the original cartons and packing materials.

Returns and Canceled Orders

ABI Office Furniture charges a 25% restocking fee for return requests and canceled orders. ABI Office Furniture will pay for FedEx to pick up the returned furniture from you, provided you have the original cartons and packaging. Once the return is received, we will inspect the furniture to make sure it is not damaged or missing parts or packing materials, and we will then issue a refund for the purchase price, less our 25% restocking fee. If we receive the returned furniture damaged because of the way it was repackaged and/or if it lacks the proper packaging materials, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.
