Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days after receipt.

Customer pays for return shipping.

Defective or broken products are replaced. Broken furniture due to incorrect customer installation is not covered.

Returns and exchanges for non-defective products carry a 20% re-stocking fee.

In order to qualify for a return, please contact customer service via email or phone with your specific request, invoice number and reason for your return. Customer service will get back to you with a return ticket approval.
